Slide upper tube (17) onto handle assembly (3). Reinsert screws removed in previous step as shown.

Remove packaging materials from handle assemblies (17 and 3).

Remove screws on both sides of tube.

Rotate upper tube to line up screw holes. Reinsert

screws removed in previous step as shown.
